Senior Staff Product Designer

CyberArk is a global leader in identity security, and they are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Product Designer to lead the definition of the next-generation North Star vision for their product. This role is critical in shaping the strategic direction of Palo Alto Networks’ Next-Gen Trust Security product and aligning it with market opportunities and customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a compelling, actionable North Star vision for the future state of the product
• Conduct deep market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform strategic direction
• Partner with leadership, product management, design, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to translate the North Star vision into clear strategic pillars, product themes, and long-term roadmap guidance
• Facilitate workshops and strategic alignment sessions with stakeholders across the organization
• Identify emerging trends, technologies, and unmet customer needs that will shape the product’s future
• Deliver executive-level presentations, vision narratives, and strategic artifacts
• Provide ongoing strategic advisory support throughout the 6-month engagement

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Product Strategy, Product Management, Innovation Consulting, or related roles
• Demonstrated experience leading to the creation of North Star visions or next-generation product strategies
