In this role, you will design an AI-powered support platform, creating seamless experiences for customers and support teams through voice and chat interactions, while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
- Design conversational AI experiences across voice and chat, including conversation flows, escalation paths, and error handling
- Create operational tools and analytics interfaces that support internal teams managing customer support systems
- Partner closely with product and engineering to translate evolving technical capabilities into clear, usable product experiences
- Rapidly prototype ideas and test concepts using modern design and AI-enabled prototyping tools
- Design systems that support complex, multi-step workflows and evolving AI capabilities
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from both end users and internal operational teams
- Balance user experience, technical constraints, and business outcomes when shaping design solutions
- Design conversational systems that handle interruptions, context switching, and ambiguous user intent
Requirements:
- Experience designing conversational interfaces, voice interactions, or complex product workflows
- Comfortable designing for emerging technologies such as AI-powered systems or rapidly evolving platforms
- Strong product thinking and business acumen, with the ability to frame and solve complex product problems
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams to translate capabilities into user-facing experiences
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments where requirements evolve quickly
- Experience prototyping concepts rapidly using modern design and development tools
- Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale
