Cync Software is a fast-growing fintech company modernizing how banks and lenders manage commercial loans. They are seeking a senior-level sales executive to drive new revenue growth by targeting and closing strategic accounts in the financial services industry, particularly in commercial and small business lending.
Responsibilities:
- Own the Sales Process: Lead full-cycle sales efforts—from initial prospecting through to close—within a defined territory and vertical focus
- Drive Strategic Conversations: Leverage your deep understanding of lending workflows to challenge customer thinking and position our platform as a transformational solution
- Sell the Platform Vision: Engage prospects with tailored demos and use cases across modules such as Commercial LOS, CRE Spreading, Construction, ABL, Factoring, and Syndicated Lending
- Build Executive Relationships: Sell to Chief Credit Officers, Chief Lending Officers, and Technology Heads, guiding stakeholders through complex deal cycles and enterprise evaluations
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with inside sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless handoffs, strong account plans, and long-term client growth
- Meet & Exceed Targets: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales goals
Requirements:
- 4–10+ years of quota-carrying success in B2B SaaS, financial technology, or lending software
- Familiarity with Commercial, CRE, or Small Business Lending is a must; understanding of ABL, factoring, or syndicated lending is a plus
- Strong pipeline discipline, enterprise sales rigor, and comfort navigating multi-stakeholder deals
- Confident presenting to and negotiating with senior decision-makers; experience selling to financial institutions highly preferred
- Ability to lead product demos, understand complex workflows, and tailor solutions to customer needs
- Willing to travel across the U.S. to meet with prospects and attend key industry events as needed
