Giftory is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Agent. This role is perfect for candidates with entry to mid-level experience in customer service who are enthusiastic, flexible, and ready to make a difference.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support via various communication channels (email, chat, phone, etc.)
- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests related to Giftory products and services
- Offer product information, troubleshoot problems, and help resolve customer concerns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and interactions using Zendesk or other CRM tools
- Collaborate with a global workforce to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer service experience
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and relevant assistance
- Show flexibility in your schedule to accommodate peak customer service hours
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a remote-first work environment
- A flexible schedule, with a preference for candidates available during Eastern Time Zone hours
- Passion for providing excellent customer service and solving problems
- A commitment to working effectively with a diverse and global team
- Flexible work hours including weekends
- Located in the United States
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer support software is advantageous
