As a Team Member at Taco Bell - Red Wing, you will deliver an outstanding guest experience through quality food and exceptional service, while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare food ingredients according to company standards
• Assemble food orders accurately and efficiently
• Package products for dine-in, take-out, or delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the food preparation area
• Stay knowledgeable about menu items, promotions, and specials
• Greet customers warmly and take their orders
• Handle cash and electronic payments securely
• Provide friendly and efficient service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness in dining and work areas
• Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Follow safety protocols and health regulations
• Assist in stock replenishment and inventory management
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
