Vice President of Project Management Office (PMO)

Ellit Groups is a company focused on bridging the gap between healthcare operations and IT, aiming to innovate and deliver impactful solutions. They are seeking a senior PMO leader who will be responsible for delivery excellence, PMO solution design, and revenue growth, while also leading client conversations and establishing PMO standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and scale Ellit Groups’ PMO capability across client and internal initiatives
• Establish practical PMO standards, governance, and delivery discipline
• Own portfolio, program, and project delivery health across engagements
• Shape, sell, and expand PMO offerings
• Lead executive‑level client conversations and delivery strategy
• Support RFPs, solution design, and Statements of Work
• Build and develop high‑performing PMO leaders and delivery teams
• Drive accountability: do what you say you’ll do

Requirements:

• 10+ years leading PMO, program, or large-scale delivery in healthcare IT or consulting
• Strong project management foundation (you know PM, not just manage PMs)
• Comfortable being direct, opinionated, and aligned once decisions are made
• Proven ability to sell services, even if you wind up carrying some billable hours
• Experience crafting PMO solutions, operating models, and delivery approaches
• Executive presence with clients and internal leadership
• PMP certification (strong bonus)
• Lean certification (bonus)
