Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordination, and delivery of projects that help clients achieve better outcomes through technology and innovation
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and a track record of guiding, overseeing, and executing department‑level strategic objectives
- Build and maintain real‑time, data‑driven project reporting and forecasting; coordinate and direct assigned staff to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Communicate status and metrics to executive leadership; recommend program changes as needed
- Lead cross‑functional projects across non‑direct reports; escalate and implement risk mitigation strategies quickly
- Own and drive end‑to‑end PI planning; coach teams to decompose initiatives into executable features and user stories
- Ensure disciplined tracking of backlog, velocity, and other real‑time metrics in Azure DevOps
- Translate ambiguous business requirements into clear acceptance criteria and deliverables while maintaining strategic alignment
Requirements:
- 9+ years managing complex, high‑profile projects/programs through the full lifecycle
- Resource should have healthcare domain
- Mastery of project methodologies; strong understanding of Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban). Certifications such as PMP and Agile are preferred
- Ability to translate program objectives into clear scope, milestones, and deliverables
- Experience mentoring and coaching junior colleagues and stakeholders
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills
- Ability to motivate direct and indirect stakeholders to align and achieve priorities
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, Visio, and collaboration tools (Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint)
- Comfort managing PI Planning, backlog refinement, and velocity tracking in Azure DevOps
- Blend of traditional PM expertise, healthcare domain knowledge, data/AI fluency, and leadership/consulting skills
- Understanding of healthcare workflows, HIPAA compliance, and data privacy standards
- Familiarity with predictive modeling concepts and healthcare data domains (claims, eligibility, pharmacy, clinical)
- Ability to interpret AI‑driven insights and predictive analytics outputs
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and integration principles for platforms like Certilytics
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps for work item tracking, pipelines, and reporting
- Understanding of cloud environments (Azure/AWS) and data engineering basics
- Bridge technical and business teams, translating complex analytics into actionable strategies
- Facilitate governance meetings, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus across multidisciplinary teams
- Drive innovation, build collaborative client relationships, and identify integration opportunities across offerings
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills for executive‑level discussions
- Certifications such as PMP and Agile are preferred
- Experience with AI‑driven predictive analytics, data ingestion, UI/UX alignment, modeling libraries (e.g., BrainstormAI), and integrating healthcare data into prediction platforms is a plus
- Awareness of AI/ML concepts, iterative model development, and ethical AI practices is a plus
