They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruiting across various high-impact teams and ensure a seamless candidate experience. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing talent, and continuously improving hiring processes.
Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting across a variety of functions, from intake to offer negotiation and acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define success criteria, and align on a hiring strategy
- Proactively source and engage passive talent through strategic outbound efforts
- Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining organization and urgency
- Drive structured, consistent interview processes in partnership with hiring teams, providing guidance on interview best practices and candidate evaluation
- Collaborate with the coordination team to to ensure a high-quality, white-glove candidate experience
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders
- Leverage recruiting data and market insights to inform hiring strategy and decision-making
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date ATS data and generate reports to track progress against hiring goals
- Champion inclusive hiring by sourcing from underrepresented talent pools and mitigating bias in process design
- Collaborate with People Business Partners and Compensation on leveling and offer strategy
- Contribution to TA team initiatives such as interview training, documentation improvements, and process enhancements
