Full Stack Engineer (React / Python / AWS / LLM)

Encora10 is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to support the development of an AI-powered enterprise application. The role involves building scalable applications, enhancing features using React and Python, and optimizing solutions within AWS.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance full stack features using React (front end) and Python (backend)
• Build scalable, maintainable backend services and APIs
• Develop responsive, intuitive front-end components and user interfaces
• Support and optimize cloud-native solutions within AWS
• Integrate and enhance LLM-powered capabilities within the application
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features
• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as needed

Requirements:

• Strong full stack development experience with React
• Strong full stack development experience with Python
• Experience building and deploying applications in AWS environments
• Hands-on experience working with or integrating Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team aligned to EST hours
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale platforms
• Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows or document automation tools
• Understanding of cloud architecture best practices
• Experience optimizing performance in distributed systems
