Digital Marketing Sales Specialist (SEO & PPC Focus)

Explore Digital is a specialized digital marketing agency that focuses on solving complex growth problems for their clients. They are seeking an ambitious, strategically-minded Sales Development Representative to master lead generation and transition into a full-cycle Sales Representative role by August.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Prospecting: Identify businesses that genuinely need SEO, PPC, Website Assistance, and a digital marketing strategy
• Cold-to-Warm Conversion: Using LinkedIn, email, and video outreach to turn cold data into warm discovery calls
• Collaborative Selling: Work directly with the Founder to learn the 'Explore Digital' sales methodology
• August Goal: Graduate to a full-cycle role where you manage the pipeline from first touch to signed contract

Requirements:

• Precision Quoting: You'll collaborate directly with our Designers, Developers, SEO, and PPC specialists to ensure every proposal we send is realistic, high-impact, and profitable
• The Founder's Right Hand: You will work side-by-side with our Founder, absorbing the brand's vision and eventually becoming the primary steward of our sales pipeline by August

• Contract to Hire (approx. 30 hours/week) with the goal of growing into a Full-Time employee in the summer
• Remote position with flexible scheduling within standard business hours (8:00am – 6:00pm PT)
• This position has a compensation of both a Base + Uncapped Commission Structure for Qualified Booked Appointments
• Digital Marketing Fluency: A foundational understanding of SEO, PPC, CRO, and Content Strategy. You should know the difference between a backlink and a keyword
• Agency Experience: You understand the fast-paced nature of the agency world
• Data-Driven Mindset: You enjoy looking at metrics (Open rates, CTR, Conversion) to iterate on your own performance
