Linglong Tire is seeking a professional and analytically minded Specialist to lead and assist strategic development in the North American market. This role focuses on market analysis, business development, product testing, marketing, customer service, and compliance to drive business growth and enhance customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Deep Market Tracking: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer demand across the U.S. and Canada
- Regional Focus: Analyze fleet market segments through a North America-first lens within the broader regional framework
- Strategic Decision Support: Provide data-driven insights and systematic research to identify growth opportunities and quantify risks for product planning and resource allocation
- Target Decomposition: Scientifically break down sales targets by factory, customer, and product category to ensure achievement of sales volume and price attainment goals
- New Customer Acquisition: Treat new customer development as the primary core task, actively seeking potential fleet customers through multiple channels
- End-to-End Lead Management: Lead the entire process from initial contact and demand exploration to brand/tread customization and final business negotiations
- Relationship Deepening: Implement systematic classification management for existing customers to formulate differentiated retention and deep marketing plans
- Field Research: Research competitor products and marketing policies while tracking and researching the company’s own product road tests and market feedback
- Technical Improvement: Develop product improvement and enhancement plans based on road test research findings to help increase sales
- Validation: Lead technical validation processes for new brands and tread pattern solutions for potential customers
- Event Support: Represent the company at major industry exhibitions (e.g., SEMA) and participate in brand-building efforts to enhance corporate visibility
- Digital Presence: Collaborate with the marketing department to operate social media platforms like TikTok and assist in planning content for the official website
- Material Production: Lead or assist in the production of marketing materials, including promotional posters, brochures, and sample catalogs
- Core Interface: Act as the primary point of contact for North American customers, ensuring seamless connection of requirements, order status, and logistics
- Training & Support: Proactively provide product and marketing training to customers to support their business operations
- Cross Departmental Collaboration: Mobilize internal resources (brand, technical, after-sales, headquarters) to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all sales activities and customer agreements strictly comply with internal company policies and North American regional laws
- Administrative Support: Support documentation management, reporting, and meeting coordination

- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset and the ability to collaborate in a global environment
- Must be able to conduct business travel more than 70% of the time
