PARAGON POWER, LLC is a remote-first investment management firm headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. The Project Manager leads projects from initiation to close, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder expectations while driving timely delivery of outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, success criteria, and acceptance standards
- Develop and maintain project schedules (Gantt, milestones) and task-level plans
- Track progress and adjust plans to resolve delays and dependencies
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; escalate when necessary
- Prepare and manage project budgets; monitor spend and report variances
- Forecast resource needs, allocate internal capacity, and coordinate external vendors/contractors
- Drive cost-control measures and recommend corrective actions
- Produce concise status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for senior leadership
- Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings and ensure timely issue resolution
- Document decisions, assumptions, and follow-up actions for transparency
- Clarify roles, responsibilities, and deliverables across cross-functional teams
- Facilitate collaboration, remove blockers, and maintain team momentum
- Coach and influence stakeholders to achieve outcomes and adherence to timelines
- Identify process improvements, implement best practices, and recommend tooling upgrades
- Support system rollouts (ERP, reporting) and change management activities to improve visibility and outcomes
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of project management, operations coordination, or program leadership experience
- Proven success managing multiple, concurrent projects in remote or distributed environments
- Demonstrated experience with budget management, project scheduling, and cross-functional initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting and concise summaries
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Authorized to work in the U.S.; able to complete role-appropriate screenings if required
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
- Experience in investment management, financial services, or corporate operations
- Familiarity with ERP systems or workflow platforms
- Experience coordinating cross-functional, remote teams on multi-department initiatives
