This role involves handling a high volume of inbound calls, assisting customers with various service needs, and troubleshooting issues while maintaining professionalism and patience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a large volume of inbound calls in a fast‑paced environment
- Assist customers with product questions, service needs, billing, and account issues
- Troubleshoot problems in real time and provide accurate information
- De‑escalate difficult calls involving outages, delays, or urgent service needs
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and strong schedule adherence in a remote environment
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience
- High‑volume call center experience
- Strong data entry and documentation skills
- Excellent communication, active listening, and empathy
- Ability to stay calm and positive during difficult calls
- Must be located in EST timezone
- Must be able to hard‑wire via ethernet (wired internet required)
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Experience in customer service call center teams
- Familiarity with Office 365 and basic office equipment
