Responsibilities:
- Own recruiting coordination: Manage interview scheduling and coordination across Engineering, Product, and Design hiring processes while balancing complex calendars and time zones
- Deliver exceptional candidate logistics: Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring communication is timely, clear, and professional
- Maintain recruiting operations: Keep our ATS and recruiting systems accurate and organized, ensuring interview feedback, candidate records, and process documentation are up to date
- Support a world-class candidate experience: Ensure every interaction — from scheduling to interview preparation — reflects Crosby’s commitment to clarity, speed, and respect for candidates’ time
