Hopscotch Primary Care is dedicated to transforming healthcare in rural America by providing accessible, high-quality primary care. The Senior Manager of Product Management will be responsible for owning product strategy and outcomes, tracking trends in healthcare, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve care delivery through data-informed solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Own product strategy and outcomes. You will be accountable for measurable impact on clinical quality, patient experience, and business performance
- Track and interpret key trends in value-based care, healthcare policy, and market dynamics to inform product strategy and prioritization
- Translate company and care-model strategy into clear product vision, multi-quarter roadmaps, and prioritized initiatives
- Own stakeholder and user research, utilizing qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product decisions, pilots and product iterations
- Define and own success metrics (product, operational, and pilot KPIs) in partnership with analytics and stakeholders, using data to guide decisions post-launch
- Make and communicate tradeoff decisions, balancing user needs, business value, effort and scalability while aligning to company strategy
- Partner closely with engineering to explore solutions, collaborate in agile meetings, write technical specs and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
- Influence and align stakeholders across departments, creating clear, concise, and actionable materials to drive momentum and decision-making
- Communicate complex concepts effectively, both written and verbally, to audiences ranging from care team staff to executive leadership
- Coach and develop product managers, setting standards for strong product craft, execution, and ownership across the team

- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in healthcare technology, strategy or policy is a strong plus
- Willingness to travel as business needs require (~10%)
