VDart BPM is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will leverage their call center experience and customer service skills to enhance customer satisfaction. The role involves building relationships with customers and adapting to changing demands while working remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a diverse network of people

- Work remotely, significantly reducing or eliminating the demands to travel
- Daily hours and shifts may vary, with a rotational requirement for after-hours coverage and opportunities for Overtime as needed to support storm-related activities
- Leverage call center experience, customer service skills, problem solving, and attention to detail to deliver positive customer experience

Requirements:
- 2-years of Customer Service experience
- 1-year of call center environment experience
- 6 months of Utilities or Health & Public Services experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency with computers: Experience using the internet, email via Outlook, etc
- Data entry experience
- Listening, verbal, and written communication experience
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams) experience
- Internet access is sufficient to handle calls received via the Internet
- Quiet and private remote work location
