Senior Project Manager

Somewhere is a high-growth automation agency that simplifies the coding and development space for businesses through low-code solutions and AI-driven workflows. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager who will manage client-facing software projects, ensuring effective communication with US-based clients while delivering high-impact automation solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, translating business needs into actionable project workflows
• Utilize AI and modern software tools to automate internal and client-facing processes, ensuring maximum efficiency
• Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for multiple software projects simultaneously without needing constant supervision
• Move beyond rigid technical frameworks to find flexible, simple solutions for complex business problems

Requirements:

• Excellent English Communication Skills (Accent is not a major concern, as long as English proficiency is strong)
• Bachelor's Degree (ideally)
• 5+ years of related experience
• High comfort level with AI tools (LLMs, automation software) and low-code platforms. You should be someone who looks to AI first to solve a problem
• 5+ years in project management, specifically managing software or technical implementations
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., ClickUp, Asana) and a strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC)
• Product management
• Team management
• A 'figure-it-out' attitude. You should be comfortable working autonomously and taking the lead on projects from day one
• Comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment where 'simplifying' is the goal
• Ability to build trust with US-based stakeholders and handle difficult conversations with poise
