SS&C Technologies is a leading financial services and healthcare technology company headquartered in Windsor, Connecticut. They are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales Executive to drive new business growth across their portfolio of operational and technology-outsourcing solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for a multi-service outsourcing portfolio (CCaaS, automation, mailroom, data centers)
- Build and execute go-to-market strategies for targeted payer and healthcare services segments
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of large, multi-year managed services deals
- Lead pursuit strategy, solution orchestration, pricing alignment, and contract negotiation
- Engage senior executives to influence buying decisions
- Conduct discovery and assessments to identify cost‑takeout and efficiency opportunities
- Partner with SS&C operations, solutioning, and legal teams during proposal development
- Lead RFP responses, presentations, and executive briefings
- Own the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualification, solution design, proposal, negotiation, and close
- Consistently meet or exceed annual revenue and pipeline targets
- Drive new logo acquisition and expansion within existing accounts
Requirements:
- 7+ years selling outsourcing or managed services within healthcare or adjacent regulated industries
- Proven track record closing $5M–$50M+ multi‑tower deals
- Deep familiarity with call center operations, automation, document processing, and infrastructure outsourcing
- Strong executive presence and C‑suite presentation experience
- Understanding of healthcare payer operations and CMS requirements
- Must be willing to travel 75% of the time and love near a major airport
- Experience selling to health plans, PBMs, TPAs, or provider organizations
- Experience with RPA, OCR, NLP, or cloud infrastructure
- Knowledge of HIPAA, SOC2, HITRUST
