DevOps Engineer

DysrupIT is seeking a DevOps Engineer to enhance their development processes. The role involves building and setting up new development tools, automating processes, and integrating software with internal systems while ensuring smooth operations and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure
• Understanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying this to developers
• Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes
• Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
• Perform root cause analysis for production errors
• Investigate and resolve technical issues
• Develop scripts to automate visualization
• Assisting teams with Query / Index Tuning and Optimization this is all database related
• Reviewing / Designing Data Models
• Linux / Server Administration O/S related
• Couchbase Server Administration / Installation / Configuration database
• Log Analysis DevOps
• Monitoring clusters through Prometheus/Grafana/Splunk
• Must have coding and scripting experience
• Experienced working on various CI/CD and automation tools
• With experience in databasesSOFT SKILLS:
