Our Best Life Companies is seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team. OBL supports a network of dental practices, providing operational, financial, and strategic management to help practices thrive.
The CFO will play a critical role in guiding the financial strategy of the organization while supporting continued expansion and operational excellence.

As we continue to scale, we are seeking a CFO who can build scalable financial systems and provide strategic insight to support growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the company’s financial strategy, planning, and forecasting
- Oversee financial reporting, accounting, and internal controls
- Manage budgets, cash flow, and financial performance across multiple practices
- Develop and implement scalable financial infrastructure to support growth
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning
- Oversee banking relationships, financing, and capital structure
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven insights for decision making
Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Experience as a bookkeeper, financial advisor, financial analyst or financial executive roles
- Background in multi-location businesses, healthcare, or dental management organizations preferred
- Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Proven ability to support growth, acquisitions, and operational scaling
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- CPA or equivalent financial leadership credentials preferred

Location
Location flexible depending on candidate. Travel may be required to supported practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
