The Opportunity:
**This is a hybrid role and requires presence in our Denver Office twice a week (Local Candidates Only)**
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented professional to serve as a critical partner to our CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
In this role, you will report to the People Operations Manager and be an integral member of the People Operations team, while also providing high-level executive support across the organization. This is more than a traditional administrative role — you will act as an operational backbone for leadership, helping drive focus, organization, and execution in a fast-moving environment.
We’re seeking someone who thrives on multitasking, juggling shifting priorities, and staying three steps ahead. If you bring strong attention to detail, a passion for excellence in your work, and a desire to support a growing, high-performing community through its next phase of growth, this role offers meaningful visibility, ownership, and impact.
