Identify, evaluate, and pursue new recycling opportunities in industrial sectors (steel, cement, non‑ferrous metals, and others).
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, suppliers, demolition contractors, and customers to secure recyclable refractory waste.
Develop business cases, commercial models, and profitability analyses to support recycling initiatives.
Negotiate and support contract development for material supply and recycling agreements.
Support the collection, processing, and return of spent refractory materials.
Contribute to the development of return-logistics networks and recycling supply chains.
Collaborate with procurement, operations, EHS, and logistics to ensure the feasibility of new recycling streams.
Identify operational or quality barriers and work with technical teams to resolve them.
Requirements
Completed secondary education or equivalent required.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects across different regions.
Preferably a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, sustainability, supply chain, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, recycling, waste management, or heavy industry.
Experience with refractory materials, industrial manufacturing, mining, or related sectors.
Knowledge of recycling processes, circular economy principles, or environmental regulations.
Technical aptitude for material characterization or industrial operations.
