This position is starting on March 20, 2026. 

Successful candidates MUST be available to start. This position is temporarily remote (train and work from home) based on the Client’s directive.

We have a permanent full-time opportunity in Ontario. This is a full-time opportunity (40 hours/week). Our business operates between 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM EST, and this role requires flexibility within those hours.

You must be available to work any 5 consecutive days based on one of the following schedule options, with shifts starting at either 12:00 PM EST or 3:15 PM EST:

• Tuesday to Saturday
• Wednesday to Sunday
• Saturday to Wednesday
• Sunday to Thursday

Responsibilities:

• Receive inbound and make outbound customer calls regarding past due accounts and facilitate payment arrangements to bring accounts to a current balance
• Handle each call with a high level of professionalism and respect while ensuring the needs of the customer and business are satisfied
• Resolve customer account discrepancies
• Respect and uphold privacy and protection of customer information
• Meet and exceed individual targets and performance expectations

What Are We Looking For?

• Have strong communication and computer navigation skills
• Have the ability to multi task efficiently
• Banking or collections expereince is an asset
• Is committed and willing to learn and grow within the business
• One year of experience working in a high volume call centre environment is an asset
• Must be available to work flexible shifts

Compensation:

• Hourly rate of $18.00/hour
