Job Opening: Intake Coordinator
Location: Remote (South Africa - US Hours)
Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming inquiries from potential clients and providers through phone, email, and online platforms.
- Collect and verify client information, including personal, medical, and insurance details.
- Schedule assessments and intake interviews for new clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our management systems.
- Provide information and support regarding services, programs, and processes.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth transition into care.
- Follow up with clients as necessary to complete intake requirements.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative role preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other office software.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player.
- Experience with client intake processes or customer service is a plus.
- Empathetic and patient-oriented approach to client interactions.
