
The International Hotel School Johannesburg Campus is searching for a Patisserie Lecturer. The purpose of this role is to teach and share your passion for the culinary industry with eager young students; helping them grow individually, and ultimately playing a role in their career paths and success in life. You will be responsible for:
- Minimum NQF 5 qualification in the hospitality industry
- City and Guilds Diploma in Food Prep and Cooking & Patisserie
- CATHSSETA scoping – Unit 73292 is a requirement
- Assessors and Moderators certificate
- Certified to conduct outcome-based assessment
- Minimum 5 years Pastry experience
- Minimum 2 years lecturing / teaching/assessor
- Experience in a managerial position is needed
