To expand our APAC operations, we are in need of a Customer Support Engineer to join our fast-growing team in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.

Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues through deep root cause analysis.
Implement corrective resolutions directly in the database or application layer.
Diagnose problems quickly by asking customers targeted, strategic questions.
Resolve technical issues by walking clients through specific actions via phone, email, or chat.
Provide prompt and professional feedback to customers to maintain strong, long-term relationships.
Generate system and infrastructure assessment reports to help customers optimize their environments.
Lead technical initiatives such as system updates, roll-outs, and software deployments.
Maintain organized logs of all issues using our in-house ticketing and customer service software.
Prioritize and manage multiple open issues simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science and/or other related courses.
At least 3 years of experience as a Software Support Engineer or in a similar technical, client-facing role.
Business-level English proficiency are required.
Ability to read, understand, and debug Javascript, Java, Python, and Ruby.
Proficiency in SQL for reading and constructing queries.
Experience analyzing logs, stack traces, and technical documentation.
Independent problem solver capable of helping establish our new Vietnam office.
