Main goal
The Hospitality Production Specialist leads the conceptual design, project planning and end‑to‑end delivery of all hospitality production services for various target groups (VIP guests, commercial partner guests, official hospitality guests and finalist guests) at the UEFA Europa League final and the UEFA Super Cup. The services include hospitality catering, branding and decoration, entertainment and other associated production services (e.g. audio, video and lighting, furniture and guest host services). The Hospitality Production Specialist also oversees the workforce catering on venue.
Key responsibilities
- Ensuring seamless coordination, communication and clear workflows to enable smooth project planning and timely delivery within budget.
- Managing hospitality programmes, including allocating areas and inventory to different target groups.
- Identifying target group requirements and expectations and overseeing the development of catering, branding, decoration, AV, entertainment and other production services.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for internal teams, partners, agencies, suppliers, local organising committees and stadium stakeholders.
- Managing suppliers on a day-to-day basis and validating commercial partner activation plans to ensure operational feasibility and contractual compliance.
- Managing production budgets, running tenders and selecting service providers to ensure best value for money.
- Drafting and finalising contracts and supporting procurement processes.
- Overseeing on-site implementation, including logistics, operational planning, timelines, administration, reporting and post-event debriefings.
Requirements
Experience:
- from 4 to 6 years of experience in event management, planning and managing complex large-scale events in an interntional environment
- from 3 years of experience in the sports hospitality business
Education:
- Bachelor's in business administration, event management or sports management
Languages:
Other requirements:
- Relocation to Switzerland/France is expected
- Hands-on team player
- Service and detail-oriented
- Willing to travel
- Able to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Highly resistant to stress
- Additional languages would be an asset
