
We are looking for a Community Manager to build a loyal, active, and engaged community around our project. Your main goal is to provide quick user support and foster an environment that improves customer retention.
Responsibilities:
• Manage Telegram chats and Discord servers.
• Maintain a positive atmosphere, enforce communication rules, and handle content moderation.
• Engage with the existing audience by encouraging dialogue, running polls, quizzes, and facilitating discussions.
• Develop and implement ideas to increase activity (e.g., interactive events, contests, quests).
• Post timely updates, including announcements, promotions, and changes to project mechanics.
• Respond promptly to user questions and address complaints or suggestions.
Requirements
• At least 1.5 years of experience as a Community Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Telegram (bots, channels, groups) and Discord (roles, channels, permissions, automation bots).
• Ability to independently generate content and activity ideas without needing constant supervision.
• Proficiency in reporting using Google Sheets or Excel and a basic understanding of QA principles.
