Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Social Impact and Community Affairs leads the development and execution of social impact and community engagement strategies across the Coca-Cola China system, aligned with global frameworks and local relevance. This role advances TCCC’s license to win in China, strengthens trust with communities and stakeholders, and supports long-term business growth through impactful partnerships and programs.
What You’ll Do for Us
Develop and manage TCCC China’s people-focused social impact strategy, including disaster relief and community resilience initiatives, taking a holistic approach to build trust with internal and external stakeholders and maximize value to the business in China.
Lead the planning, execution, and ongoing management of community programs to ensure effectiveness, consistency, and measurable outcomes.
Partner with bottlers to develop, deploy, monitor, and refine an integrated approach to associate volunteer programs across the TCCS GCM OU, strengthening employee engagement and corporate reputation with external stakeholders.
Collaborate with Government Relations and Corporate Communications teams to ensure alignment of messaging, stakeholder engagement, and external positioning related to social impact initiatives.
Build and manage strong partnerships with local authorities, NGOs, charities, and community organizations.
Monitor social trends, community expectations, and emerging issues, providing insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders to inform strategy and issue preparedness.
Perform other job‑related duties as assigned, in response to evolving business needs and market dynamics
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in public policy, social sciences, or a related field.
7+ years of relevant experience in social impact, community affairs, corporate citizenship, public affairs, or related fields, preferably within a multinational or complex organization.
Strong understanding of community engagement, social impact program design, and partnership management.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions, geographies, and the broader system to deliver integrated outcomes.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity and sound judgment.
Strategic, proactive, and executionoriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.
Experience working with NGOs, foundations, government bodies, or community organizations is strongly preferred.
Fluency in both Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
