Department Description
The Global Central Marketing Operations organisation is responsible for designing, building, optimising and measuring multi-channel customer journeys across Email, SMS/WhatsApp, Push, In‑App, and Web experiences. Partnering closely with Data, Mar-Tech, and Brand teams, we use our Orchestration Engine to activate first‑party data responsibly and at scale, ensuring communica-tions are timely, relevant and compliant.

About the team
The Customer Analytics & Insights team transforms customer data into actionable insights that optimize multi-channel journeys. Providing measurement, segmentation, and experimentation frameworks to improve engagement, conversion, and retention.

Purpose of the role
The Customer Analytics & Insights Assistant Manager maintains visualization tools, automates reporting, and ensures scalable per-formance dashboards for multi-channel journeys. This role enables efficient access to insights across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain BI dashboards and reporting pipelines.
• Automate recurring reports and ensure data quality.
• Work with analysts to translate requirements into BI solutions.
• Optimize visualization performance and usability.
• Support KPI frameworks and analytics taxonomy.
• Integrate data sources to support multi-channel journey reporting.

•    Deep dive analysis to produce actionable insights driving positive outcomes or to measure the success of change.
•    Present Insights and the relevant analysis and reasoning to stakeholders.




Experience and Qualification
• 6+ years of experience as a BI developer or data engineer.
• Strong skills in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and SQL.
• Experience building automated pipelines and reusable datasets.
• Understanding of marketing data and customer analytics.
• Attention to detail and strong data governance awareness.
