About your team

The Marketing Transformation & Optimization team, part of the Global Central Marketing Operations provides support to marketing teams across our organisation in support of client driven marketing and to enable a cohesive and co-ordinated strategy that will help to strengthen our brand, resonate with clients and ultimately grow our business.
About your role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Transformation Change Manager to lead the organisational, behavioural, and operational change required to successfully adopt new marketing technologies, processes, and ways of working. Operating within our global central marketing team, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders - Marketing, Marketing Technology, Data, and Regional teams - to plan, execute, and embed large-scale transformation programmes.
This role is critical to ensuring that our global marketing organisation realises the full value of our technology investments (e.g., martech platforms, automation, AI/ML tools, data infrastructure, workflow systems) and evolves towards a more connected, efficient, and insight-driven operating model.
About you
This role is for someone who can understand complex business transfomation processes, people, technology and data. You will work at the intersection of Marketing, Technology, Data, and Regional teams, helping ensure that transformation initiatives are grounded in real business needs and deliver measurable value. This is an exciting opportunity to influence how a global marketing organisation operates, scales, and evolves.
