VDart BPM is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with a strong call center background to handle utility-related customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email. The role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to Utilities (Electricity, Water, Natural Gas, Telecommunications, H&PS) via phone, chat, and email
- Document all customer interactions and assist with issue resolution
- Deliver excellent customer service and adapt to changing processes
- Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Maintain reliable home internet and work from a quiet, private location
Requirements:
- 2+ years Customer Service experience
- 1+ year Call Center experience
- 6+ months Utilities industry experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Proficient with computers and internet-based systems
