The Technical Support Engineer - DAS will support customer implementations and troubleshooting, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints while leveraging expertise in RF testing and data analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Support customer implementations, maintenance, troubleshooting with execution capabilities that ensure timely delivery, high quality standards, adherence to budgetary constraints, and development of scalable delivery practices for all JMA DAS solutions
- Review Performance and Acceptance Test Plans
- Creating, updating, closing out tickets in a timely manner
- Follow processes
- Sense of Urgency

- PIM/Sweep/CW Test
- SOW Creation when required
- Performance Testing

Requirements:
- 2-4 year technical degree or related military experience desired
- 2+ years of support experience related to Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS)
- Base station system knowledge required
- Knowledge of LTE and 5G protocols
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Must be within range of a major airport and be prepared to travel up to 40%
