Steno is a rapidly growing company transforming the litigation technology industry with innovative solutions for law firms. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to build a foundational pipeline through outbound outreach and support Account Executives in generating new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new leads through high-volume outbound outreach (primarily cold calling)
- Re-engage and qualify existing accounts for expansion opportunities
- Partner closely with Account Executives to generate pipeline and support land-and-expand efforts
- Maintain disciplined activity tracking and pipeline management in HubSpot
- Consistently hit daily activity, meeting, and qualified opportunity targets
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of cold-calling or outbound prospecting experience
- Comfortable making a high volume of daily calls
- Thrive in performance-driven environments with clear KPIs
- Experience working in HubSpot CRM or similar sales engagement tools
- Strong phone presence
