JLR North America is a company that focuses on modern luxury by design through its British brands. They are seeking a Market Sales Manager who will be responsible for measuring and monitoring key sales-related KPIs, building relationships with retail partners, and implementing process improvements to drive sales performance.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with retail partners to support mutual growth
- Utilizes metrics and data to drive performance across key sales metrics by implementing processes and best practices to improve retailer operations
- Utilizes the Retailer Balanced Scorecard as a basis for performance discussions with Retailers
- Agrees action plans (through RPTK) with the Retailer to deliver improvements
- Responsible for the implementation and embedding of key JLR sales programs and initiatives, supporting the Retailer to implement within acceptable timelines
- Provides coaching to the Retailer Sales Team, ensuring effective and sustained embedding of sales programs and initiatives, and an exceptional customer experience
- Owns key sales processes and identifies opportunities to improve for the customer, retailers and JLR – creating a better customer experience and operational excellence
- Manages vehicle stock levels, influencing dealers and sales operations forecasts
- Track, monitor and record all sales performance
- Identify market/area trends in sales metrics
- Identify intervention opportunities that support retailers in achieving their sales targets (NPS, revenue) through operational excellence, systems and standards – design programs and coach retailers to deliver these
- Drive programs with retailers to achieve targets
- Serves as the SME on JLR programs and systems
