HH Global is seeking a Retail Partner Marketing Merchandising Manager for their US Partner Marketing Team. This role involves supporting merchandising operations to drive in-store strategy, managing marketing programs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product launches and seasonal campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Kick off and manage execution of partner merchandising marketing programs, including device promotions and new launches
- Identify, measure, track and report on key success metrics to ensure alignment to product and business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, such as: Sales, Channel Marketing, Business Development, Marketing Operations, Product, Brand, Social, Third Party Labor (3PL) to bring integrated marketing campaigns to life
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on assigned projects and deliverables
- Manage the operational retail planning dates and gates for all partner marketing launches, including work-back schedules, calendaring, briefing documents, and status updates
- Drive executional excellence across carrier partners, agencies, and cross functional stakeholders in support of large scale marketing initiatives, including but not limited to briefs, concepts, deployment plans, installation, & end of life product planning
- Act as partner brand manager, reviewing partner creative that includes our client’s branding and providing partners with brand/creative assets for partner-led campaigns
- Manage creative asset development by writing briefs, hitting key approval milestones and ensuring deliverables are finalized within set timelines
- Forecast, plan and manage day-to-day budget process for projects (annual plan, quarterly reporting, writing SOW’s, opening PO’s, approving invoices, requesting funds transfers)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years experience with in-store merchandising and partner marketing with national retailers, preferably with experience in the Telecom category and/or CPG
- Demonstrated thought-leadership and relationship building / management with internal stakeholders and external partners/agencies
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns with the ability to work in the minutiae of execution while keeping in mind broader strategy/goals
- Experience managing complex projects, problem solving and proactively navigating ambiguity
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable to an ever changing fast-paced environment
- In-store digital marketing content strategy, creation and deployment experience
