The Regional Marketing Manager will engage with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives and campaigns aimed at driving growth in the US and international markets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and scale localized demand gen for the US and new exploratory international markets through multi-channel marketing
- Own the lead-to-revenue lifecycle. You will define MQL/SQL criteria, manage lead scoring (along with Marketing Ops Manager), and partner Sales team (locally and globally)
- Create "Marketing-in-a-Box" kits for resellers to drive independent demand, and execute co-marketing campaigns that incentivize partner-led growth
- Collaborate with internal marketing team to develop cross-collaborative strategy with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Email Outreach, Social Media, Events and Conferences for high-value US targets and new international markets
- Be passionate about leveraging data to optimize your campaign strategy
Requirements:
- Experience in K12 education and EdTech industry
- A bachelor's degree in education, marketing, or business
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in edtech or Saas
- Deep understanding of multi-channel outreach such as Email Marketing, paid marketing, events and more
- Experience using WordPress for content management
- Familiarity and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with sales teams to collaborate and develop effective sales tools
- A problem-solver mindset and ability to think creatively towards a solution

- Commitment to being results-oriented with a sense of urgency
