Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles and other positions, from refining job descriptions to final candidate recommendations
- Proactively source and engage experienced developers through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, community and professional networks
- Conduct initial assessments to evaluate technical capabilities and cultural fit
- Partner with leadership and developers to understand team needs and ensure hiring aligns with business goals
- Participate in events, meetups, or online campaigns to promote the company and strengthen our employer brand
- Maintain a structured and efficient recruitment pipeline, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
- Use data and insights to track recruitment performance and continuously improve the process
- Take an active role in shaping and promoting our company culture
- Collaborate with the CEO on HR and Culture activities including leading or supporting initiatives to boost team spirit, engagement, and collaboration
