DevOps Engineer

Call Quest Solution is seeking a DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in AWS AI services. The role involves designing and managing AI/ML infrastructure, building CI/CD pipelines, and implementing Infrastructure as Code while collaborating with engineering teams to enhance development workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Design and manage AI/ML infrastructure using Amazon Bedrock, AWS Lex, and Amazon Connect
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform to provision AWS environments
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate DevOps best practices into development workflows
• Contribute to development tasks using React, Python, and Java when required
• Implement IAM policies, network security controls, and cloud security best practices
• Set up logging, monitoring, and observability frameworks for system performance and reliability
• Scale AI/ML applications in production environments , ensuring high availability and performance
• Drive automation and continuous improvement across DevOps and cloud infrastructure

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock, AWS Lex, and Amazon Connect
• Strong background in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Experience deploying and scaling AI/ML workloads in AWS production environments
• Development experience with Python, Java, and React
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud architecture and security best practices
• Experience implementing logging, monitoring, and observability solutions
