Responsibilities:
- Prospect SMB and mid-market technology companies through outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Identify hiring signals across startups and scaling technology companies
- Start conversations with founders, CTOs, and engineering leaders
- Convert those conversations into hiring partnerships
- Win new logos and build your own portfolio of client relationships
- Own the full sales cycle from first outreach through close
- Expand accounts as client hiring needs grow
Requirements:
- 4+ years of sales experience (technology staffing or recruiting preferred)
- Strong outbound prospecting ability
- Confidence engaging technical decision-makers and executives
- Self-motivated and performance-driven mindset
- CRM pipeline management discipline
- Experience selling into technology companies strongly preferred
