Pride Health is seeking a Customer Service Representative for one of the world’s largest companies serving the life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and healthcare research industries. The primary function of this role is customer order management, particularly working with the export team and ensuring efficient order processing and logistics.
Responsibilities:
- Primary function is customer order management. Specifically works with the export team, exporting orders outside the country
- Proficiency in enterprise systems including SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite (ERP experience – minimum of 1 year, more is highly preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience in order processing and customer service operations
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of cGMP and quality system standards preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated success in meeting service level agreements and performance metrics
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy
- Basic understanding of supply chain and order fulfillment processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required (if candidate has extensive experience to make up for lack of degree)
- 2 years prior customer service experience
- Proficiency in enterprise systems including SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite (ERP experience – minimum of 1 year, more is highly preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
