IMCS Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about helping others. This role involves assisting TurboTax customers with their tax preparation needs and creating positive customer experiences through effective communication and empathy.
Responsibilities:
- Help TurboTax customers who want us to prepare their taxes
- Answering key questions
- Gathering key information and documents
- Creating key notes for a seamless transition to the filing agent
- Create high quality customer interactions and experiences that instill confidence using deep customer empathy, and your knowledge in the field of customer service
- Document customer interactions
- Work continuously toward meeting company KPI metrics and Big Bet Goals
- Participate in pilot testing, projects, and experience validations, as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience
- MUST have their own Computer and Wifi
- Work authorization: US Citizen or US Green Card only
