Gearflow is a company focused on transforming how fleet teams operate through an AI-powered procurement platform built for construction fleet teams. The Customer Success Manager will guide new customers through onboarding, help them adopt the platform in their workflows, and ensure they derive real value from Gearflow.
Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and implementation for new customers
- Build strong relationships with fleet teams and operational leaders
- Help customers adopt Gearflow in their daily workflows
- Conduct regular customer check-ins and success reviews
- Identify opportunities to expand usage and improve customer outcomes
- Work closely with our Product and Sales teams to share customer feedback
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS customer-facing experience
- An exceptional person with a track record of building strong customer relationships
- Have a customer-first mindset
- Love building strong relationships with customers
- Thrive in a fast-moving startup environment
- Are organized and accountable to your commitments
