Health Net is a diversified national organization transforming the health of communities. The Senior Business Process Analyst will evaluate and analyze benefit configuration processes to determine documentation and training needs, while designing and maintaining training materials to support compliance requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze technical applications and employee readiness requirements to determine appropriate learning applications for the development and release of training content
- Develop instructional templates, work processes, call flows and process flows, and to aid in the development of training materials and facilitation of courses and distribute guidelines to increase productivity
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and system business owners to ensure accuracy of documentation and make updates as needed
- Manage the training evaluations process
- Analyze existing processes, provide feedback and results, and recommend changes to ensure training performance objectives are met
- Develop and communicate change management information
- Monitor business hierarchies to ensure training is released to appropriate users across business entities
- Identify new technologies and business processes to improve training development, delivery, and support
- Develop project plans for documenting business processes in alignment with system releases and ensure deliverables are met timely
- Conduct Train the Trainer sessions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design related field or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of business process or training experience
- 4+ years of managed care healthcare experience and business process analysis (i.e., documenting business processes, gathering requirements)
- Solid understanding of coding rules (CPT, HCPCS, ICD)
- 4+ years of claims payment/analysis experience
- 4+ years of experience in interpreting and implementing compliance and regulatory requirements
- Previous experience developing presentations and summarizing issues for executive leadership
