Director of AI Product Management, 2 Hour Learning (Remote) - $400,000/year USD

Crossover is a company focused on transforming education through AI-driven personalized learning. They are seeking a Director of AI Product Management to lead the technical architecture and strategic direction of their AI-powered learning platform, ensuring impactful student outcomes through innovative product management.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivating and applying comprehensive education product knowledge to inform strategic direction
• Authoring technical specifications that resolve critical technical challenges and emphasize simplicity, operational efficiency, and sustainable architecture
• Deploying generative AI capabilities to automate and optimize engineering workflows, consistent with the organizational objective of minimizing manual intervention
• Serve as the CTO of one or more education products, commanding core technical capabilities and generating business value through flawless execution and strategic leadership

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience making critical architecture and design decisions on software projects, including the application of architecture design patterns or major open source technologies
• 2+ years of experience making design decisions involving the use of cloud computing services (primarily AWS)
• 4+ years of experience in roles with complete technical and delivery ownership on a revenue-generating product
• Experience using AI agents to design, implement, and test software products or features
