CDI Bus Ops Analyst

Piedmont Healthcare Corporate is seeking a CDI Bus Ops Analyst responsible for implementing analytic goals and capturing data to measure and report on business and clinical performance. The role involves designing reports and dashboards, developing analytics solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet desired outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Implement analytic goals and capture data to measure, interpret, and report on business and clinical performance
• Design and maintain standard reports and dashboards
• Develop analytics solutions that support business performance measurement
• Build the underlying data models needed to achieve accurate and meaningful insights
• Develop, enhance, and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support business and clinical performance initiatives
• Collaborate with key business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate needs into analytic solutions
• Ensure deliverables meet desired outcomes
• Serve as the data intelligence subject matter expert, contributing to the development of tools, resources, and methodologies supporting key clinical documentation improvement processes
• Support the design, execution, and advancement of business intelligence projects
• Analyze complex data sets, applying critical thinking and knowledge of healthcare data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in business intelligence, nursing, healthcare, health information management and/or related field
• 1 year of progressive experience working with healthcare related data and performing comprehensive drill-down analyses from a business and clinical perspective within a healthcare environment
• Experience in operations and/or data reporting related to documentation and coding
• Experience in providing management and various stakeholder guidance and advice on business intelligence related topics or projects
• RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure if applicable
• Prior experience in business analyst roles performing business intelligence and informatics tasks
• Experience creating reports using analytical tools such as Tableau, QlikView, etc
• Experience leading and facilitating requirement gathering sessions and translating business requirements to technical requirements. Broad experience with healthcare and business software packages and other platforms
• Experience in Epic, Data Visualization, Data Modeling, 3M 360, and/or Cloud Reporting
