Everyday Dose is seeking a Shopper Marketing Manager who will be pivotal in transforming brand demand into purchase at the point of sale. This role involves developing and executing strategies that influence shopper behavior, managing retail media programs, and ensuring effective collaboration between brand, retail, and digital teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute shopper marketing strategies across key retail accounts
- Build programs that drive conversion at shelf, online PDPs, and retailer media networks
- Partner with retail team and digital team to support key retailer launches and initiatives
- Plan and manage retail media programs (Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Instacart, Aisle, etc.)
- Optimize digital shelf presence including PDP content, store locators, images, A+ content, and retailer landing pages
- Track and improve conversion performance across retailer.com platforms
- Plan promotional calendars in partnership with sales and finance
- Develop merchandising concepts including endcaps, displays, and retail activations
- Ensure promotional programs are aligned with brand positioning and margin goals
- Support new retail launches with strong shopper programs and storytelling
- Develop toolkits and marketing support for retail partners
- Create cross-channel campaigns that support both brand awareness and retail sell-through
- Track performance of shopper marketing initiatives and optimize programs over time
- Analyze retail media, promotional performance, and in-store execution data
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for sales and marketing teams
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in shopper marketing, retail marketing, or trade marketing
- Experience working with retail media networks and retailer.com ecosystems
- Strong understanding of CPG retail dynamics and shopper behavior
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives across marketing and sales
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple retail programs simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience working with emerging CPG brands or high-growth startups
- Familiarity with Walmart, Target, Kroger, and Instacart ecosystems
- Experience launching new products into retail
- Experience working closely with sales teams and retail buyers
