Senior Product Designer (UI & Visual)

Aither is a hybrid product design studio and venture lab working across various sectors including consumer technology and healthcare. The role involves designing and shipping products for external clients while also contributing to internal ventures, requiring a blend of studio rigor and startup speed.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams to build products from 0 to 1, develop branded materials, and continually improve products with new feature development and strategy
• Create user-centric designs that beautifully simplify complex workflows
• Maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across all product touch-points
• Create and maintain Figma prototypes and other UI artifacts that effectively communicate design solutions to stakeholders
• Create project briefs and manage feedback rounds with UI/graphic/motion designers
• Utilize your full range of product design, interaction design, data visualization, creative thinking, and visual design skills

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio that demonstrates design process and problem-solving skills
• Excellent with Figma, Notion, and Slack
• Experience collaborating with designers, product managers, engineers, data scientists, and marketers
• Knowledge of UI & UX design principles and methodologies, including user research, prototyping, testing, and Atomic Design Systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (required for client-facing collaboration)
• Experience with animation (AfterEffects), Cinema4D, creating 3D assets, IxD
