Esphera Capital is seeking a Vice President of Project Management who will be responsible for building and executing the company's overall project management system. The role involves ensuring that key business projects and cross-departmental projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and with high quality while promoting the successful implementation of the company's strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the company's overall project management strategy and management framework
- Establish and improve Project Management Office (PMO) systems and standards
- Promote the implementation of project management best practices within the company
- Supervise and advance important strategic projects and cross-departmental projects
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet expected quality standards
- Provide project decision support to senior management
- Prioritize and allocate resources for all company projects
- Assess the business value and feasibility of new projects
- Optimize the project portfolio to support company strategic goals
- Coordinate project resources across product, technology, operations, sales, and finance teams
- Resolve communication and collaboration issues during project execution
- Ensure efficient cooperation among departments during project execution
- Identify potential project risks and develop risk response plans
- Establish project quality control and auditing mechanisms
- Ensure project deliverables meet company standards and client requirements
- Establish project performance indicators (KPIs) and an evaluation system
- Report project progress to management regularly
- Continuously optimize project execution efficiency through data analysis
- Lead project managers and project management teams
- Develop training plans to improve team project management capabilities
- Establish an efficient and collaborative project management culture
- Participate in company strategic planning and major business transformation projects
- Drive the implementation of new products, new businesses, or technology projects
- Provide professional advice to senior management on project execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in project management, engineering management, information technology, or a related field
- 20+ years of project management experience
- 10+ years of team management experience
- Experience in managing large and complex projects
- Familiar with project management methodologies (such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
