Digital People is seeking a highly analytical and process-driven ABM Program Manager to help design, execute, and scale Account-Based Marketing programs focused on high-value enterprise accounts. The role involves partnering with Sales and marketing teams to deliver targeted campaigns, measure performance, and build scalable playbooks.
Responsibilities:
- Execute 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns
- Develop account briefs and playbooks outlining account context, buying committees, and engagement strategies
- Partner closely with Sales, Creative, Content, Product Marketing, etc., to coordinate campaigns
- Manage timelines, audience targeting, and campaign execution
- Define A/B tests, campaign KPIs, and performance reporting
- Analyze engagement metrics and recommend data-driven optimizations
- Translate campaign insights into repeatable processes and scalable ABM playbooks
- Support planning and logistics for executive engagement initiatives and targeted events
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in ABM, B2B marketing
- Working knowledge of Salesforce required; Demandbase experience a plus
- Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and marketing teams
- Analytical mindset with experience running experiments and performance-driven marketing programs
- Experience creating playbooks, SOPs, and scalable marketing processes
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
